About Us

Sunshine Stay’s is a local owned and operated business by long time resident, Sarah Irwin. 

I have lived in the area for 20 years now. About four years ago I decided to follow my passion for property and started to create a small portfolio that I could design and renovate myself. 

All the interior styling is done by myself with beautiful products sourced from local businesses. My husband and I wanted to share the beautiful Sunshine Beach with holiday makers, but also very important to us was that you were able to bring your pets with you.

I think one thing that has become apparent since Covid is how close we are to our families and pets. When designing and styling my properties the main thing that I wanted to focus on was the finishing touches to the property.

I knew there were many properties available that were pet friendly but we wanted to make these luxurious and extremely well-finished for all of our guests to enjoy.  The brief I gave myself was, “You must want to stay there yourself if you were on holiday”. I do believe that I have succeeded in this brief.
